MaiMwana Project is seeking to improve the health and reduce the mortality of mothers and children in Mchinji District, Malawi.

The project was established in 2002 in Mchinji District as a collaboration between:

                    Kamuzu Central Hospital Department of Pediatrics;

                    Mchinji District Hospital and;

                    The UCL Centre for International Health and

                    Development at the Institute of Child Health
